We have changed the format of our report to state the key activities and outcomes. This expands on our previous statements that generalised our activity. We have also included a section on examples of allegations and our investigation of these allegations as there were indicators of MS . We believe that by being more transparent this shows we have the mechanisms in place to be able to address and mitigate issues if a case of Modern Slavery were to be found in our organisation or supply chain.

• Mitigation: We are sponsoring programs in the UK, Spain and Morocco which engages workers through an App that provides workers with information on their rights as well as allows us to engage with workers to ask questions but also for them to ask questions of their employer / recruiter We are engaged with the FNET Empowering Work group which focuses on capacity building within our supply chains. To promote worker voice through different channels and ensure that actions to mitigate risk are taken
• Risk: Ineffective or non-existant worker engagement to ensure that worker voice is heard.
• Tier: Tier 1 suppliers Tier 2 suppliers Tier 3 suppliers and below
• Mitigation: Collaborative action through FNET (UK & World), Spanish Ethical Forum (Spain), SWS Taskforce (UK), Egyptian Ethical Forum (Egypt) and new stakeholder engagement in Morocco which is in it's very early stages. Ensuring that Tier 1 suppliers promote worker consultation either with Union or through worker committee
• Risk: Lack of inclusion and diversity preventing developmen and training of workers to be able to advance their roles.
• Mitigation: In our own business we have the Dole Women's Leaders Network to promote mentoring and career guidance for women. In our supply chain we are working collaboratively through our stakeholder engagement and sponsorship / membership with forums in North Africa in particular where there are significant cultural challenges encouraging the development of women workers. We recently engaged with growers in both Egypt (December 2025) and more recently in Morocco (April 2026) to champion this cause.
