Each statement describes several goals set in the prior year to address modern slavery risks and progress made, and goals set for the year ahead. Additionally, we use the Stronger Together 360° online tool (previously progress reporting tool & responsible recruitment toolkit) to identify, prevent, and mitigate labour exploitation and modern slavery across our operations and supply chains, measure performance, track progress, and inform action planning.

• Mitigation: Establish a one-UK ethical governance forum to drive effectiveness and efficiency in mapping and assessing human rights and labour exploitation risks across our 3rd party raw material supply chain; increasing capacity for proactive action and partnerships. A key outcome will be the development of a standardised approach to supplier visits in which ethical is deeply integrated.
• Risk: UK agency worker supply chain risk due to dual supplier and below expectation performance. Mitigating by moving to a single UK agency partner, strengthening oversight and human rights due diligence.
• Mitigation: Run a formal supplier selection process to appoint a single UK labour provider for agency workers. This process will set clear expectations that the selected partner demonstrates enhanced capacity and capability in agency labour supply, together with robust and transparent evidence of strengthened human rights due diligence and best practice.
