Internal workplace inspections are carried out with a CCAR form and tracker in place to make improvements.

We have monitoring in place to flag any reports which are received from employees, the public, or law enforcement agencies to indicate that modern slavery practices have been identified in our supply chains or at the organisation.

• Risk: We ensure that our employees have a right to work in the UK, we require proof of ID on induction which requires the individual to provide their passport.

• Mitigation: Continue to take evidence of each employee's right to work in the UK.
• Risk: We ensure that the UK employee has a bank account in their own name to which their wages/salary is paid into.
• Group: Women Migrants
• Mitigation: If an employee wishes to change bank accounts, they complete a form to advise HR and payroll and declare that it at their wish to change bank account.
• Risk: We do not force employees to work overtime and their holidays are monitored to ensure they take annual leave in order to rest appropriately.
• Mitigation: All over time worked is optional. We flex our workforce with Agency temporary workers rather than rely on permanent staff working overtime.
