- Dispute resolution process
Invoices are processed on the finance system and if a dispute is raised then it is logged and the invoice is put on hold so that it can't be processed for payment.
The dispute is then followed up with the relevant departments and supplier to ensure that they are aware that the invoice is on hold.
Once the dispute has been resoloved then the hold on the invoice is removed and it will be picked up on the next BACs run.
