Demonstrated progress

We track KPIs including 100% policy acknowledgment by new staff and contractors, and supplier compliance with our modern slavery policy. This year, we enhanced due diligence, launched e-learning via OCU Rise, implemented Veremark for identity checks, and used Payapps to monitor subcontractor compliance. Next, we’ll roll out a new Supplier Code of Conduct and improve Tier 2 supply chain visibility.
