- Mitigation: We conducted supplier reviews and introduced risk assessments to evaluate labour conditions. Supplier contracts were updated to include termination clauses for modern slavery breaches. Training was provided to key staff, and suppliers are subject to ongoing monitoring and audits to ensure compliance.
- Risk: Use of subcontracted labour by Tier 2 and 3 suppliers overseas, increasing the risk of forced or undocumented labour.
- Mitigation: We implemented supplier risk assessments and audits for Tier 2/3 suppliers. Contracts now include anti-slavery clauses, and non-compliant suppliers are removed. We plan to increase supply chain visibility and conduct third-party audits.
