• Risk: We work with migrant workers and we ensure that their Visa are valid and have all the relevant paperwork for them to work in the country.

• Mitigation: All relevant Visa checks were undertaken to ensure their right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Risk: We also ensure that their pay goes into their very own bank accounts and have access to them at any time they want and have full control of their finances
• Mitigation: We checked that the bank accounts were in their name and they had full access to their money.
• Risk: Regular training is undertaken to ensure they fully understand Morden day slavery and ways for them to whistle blow without any consequences.

• Mitigation: Training is undertaken at induction to make them aware of the modern day slavery in it's many forms and this training is ongoing.
