We use KPIs to measure our performance. Targets are set at the start of every year and results are measured quarterly, with action plans established to ensure continual improvement. 'Next Steps' have been included and laid out in our Transparency Statement for the coming year.

• Mitigation: We have full and robust Modern Slavery procedures, including Supply Chain due diligence. Frequent Supplier Compliance Checks are carried out, particularly for higher risk services provided.
• Risk: Recruitment processes must be robust in order to ensure that all employees are safe and all RTW and employment legislation is followed.

• Mitigation: Our Recruitment processes are complex with measures in place to ensure that all checking processes are thorough and robust. Face to face checks are carried out across the organisation by staff trained in Modern Slavery, in order to verify as far as possible that Modern Slavery can not happen in our organisation. Helplines and communication in numerous ways are used to offer help and support to those who may need it.
• Risk: Due diligence is required for our supply chain to ensure they are also following good practice.
• Mitigation: Verification processes are in place in order to add a supplier to our supplier framework. After approval, regular supplier Compliance Checks are carried out, particularly in higher risk service provision, in order to continually monitor and educate our supply chain. Members of our supply chain are invited to our regular Modern Slavery workshops.
