Demonstrated progress

We have an engaged with an external supplier to carry out a BSI gap analysis on our CSR system and we have an action plan to close out gaps and/or to continuously improve our processes in this area. The Ethical Trade Initiative Base Code, Sedex Members Trade Audit and the United Nations Guiding Business principles were used for benchmarking purposes.

Reported risks and mitigations

• Risk: We have a number of Chinese vendors (raw materials and finished goods) we want to review as part of our strategy during this period.
• Risk: We work with some global suppliers who have premises in Eastern Europe - this will be another part of our planned activity during this period.
