Kainos Worksmart Limited has a robust purchase order policy, whereby the majority of payments made to suppliers for goods and services have been pre-approved at the purchase order stage or contract stage. Issues will be identified at this stage, if unresolved the purchase order or contract will not get approved and the supplier will not be engaged for goods and services. The accounts payable team perform a 3-stage matching process between PO, invoice and receipt of goods / services before payment is issued. Payment disputes are therefore uncommon and resolved readily with reference to the original purchase order or contract. Where a purchase order has not been used, or a supplier does have a concern or wishes to raise a dispute, the supplier can contact the accounts payable team through the normal channels. The accounts payable email address is provided to all suppliers. Kainos Worksmart Limited endeavours to resolve all queries and disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible, liaising with other teams within Kainos Worksmart Limited as and when required.
