Description

NHS Devon ICB has awarded a contract for 111 service provision for Devon to Vocare limited (Totally plc). The contract is to support with the provision of NHS 111 services in the short term. The contract started on 16th July 2022 and ends on 30th September 2022 (with a 10-day optional extension period). The contract value could be up to £917,000 (excluding VAT) and is based on calls answered with no minimum agreed volumes of activity. This contract is required for reasons of extreme urgency to enable short-term support to ensure the continuity of the provision of NHS 111 services and was brought about by events unforeseeable by the contracting authority.
