Description
As part of the ongoing Operations and Maintenance, an interim depth of burial marine survey needs to be produced which is specific to the parts of the cable route which demonstrates industry best practice for bathymetric and geophysical surveys. The general requirement is for a marine bathymetric and geophysical survey along an approximately 390km route comprising two separated cables from Hunterston in Scotland to the Wirral, England over an approximately 80m wide corridor. The interim surveys are of areas of interest e.g. crossings, areas of mobile sediments and intense fishing etc. and comprise approximately 30-50% of the total route length.
