Description

Direct Award for community-based Admiral Nurse Services in North Tyneside based on value of £274,590 per annum over a 3-year contract term, total contract value £823,770. In accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended) (PCR2015), the Contracting Authority tested the market via a Market Engagement Event. Only one provider expressed an interest in delivering the services and after undertaking due diligence assessment the Contracting Authority has evoked a direct award of contract in-line with Regulation 32 (b) of PCR2015.
