Description
EQUANS Services Limited on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is seeking a suitably qualified principal contractor to undertake the design and construction of two new schools, with vehicular access located within North East Lincolnshire. Each school will provide primary education for 210 place provision for pupils aged 4 to 11 years old (Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2), including separate SEN provision, and will be critical infrastructure assets to the local community and surrounding area, providing much needed localised primary school places. The schools will be located at Sunningdale in Waltham and Matthew Telford Park in Scartho.
