Description

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") is conducting this procurement process using the open procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR"). Tenders are invited by the Council from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision for the Littondale Estate Woodland Creation (the "Services"). The requirement is to supply, plant and protect in total 29,555 of various trees and shrubs on land at Litton, Littondale, North Yorkshire. The purpose of the scheme is to establish a total area of 31.26ha of new native woodland, during the period of November 2023 and March 2024.
