Description

Staffordshire County Council (SCC) has placed a contract for a Shared Lives Service, which is a service whereby individuals with assessed eligible social care needs share the family home of a specially recruited and trained Shared Lives Carer and their family. The purpose of the Shared Lives Service is to support Individuals to reach their potential and live healthy, safe, independent, and fulfilling lives in their own communities. The objective is to provide the best possible support in accordance with the lifestyle and wishes of each Individual, incorporating a person-centered, strength and asset-based approach to service delivery.
