Description

Norfolk County Council has appointed a contractor on a design and build basis for the West Winch Housing Access Road scheme near King’s Lynn, Norfolk. The scheme is described in the outline business case, which was submitted to DfT in September 2023. It includes substantial works on the A47 trunk road, including dualling of a 1.3km stretch.
