Description

Nexus have awarded a contract for the surveying service with condition surveys across a portfolio of seventy-seven (77) buildings that vary in both size and age. These surveys are required to assess the condition of our built asset identifying any maintenance needs and potential areas for improvement to ensure their continued safety, functionality and compliance with all relevant standards.
