Description

North Lincolnshire Council and North Yorkshire and Humber Integrated Care Board are looking for an innovative provider to deliver the Carers Support Service, which includes the Dementia Advisory Support, in North Lincolnshire. We prioritise support for Carers and value their part in the community. We recognise the vital role Carers play in keeping people safe and well and in their own homes and communities for longer. The service aims to support Carers to identify and be recognised as a Carer. It will enable them in meeting their needs, and support them to continue caring, whilst having a life away from their caring role.
