Platform Housing Group (PHG) is seeking to implement a robust, comprehensive and flexible Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system to enhance financial planning capabilities and support delivery of our strategic goals. This EPM system must be user-intuitive, seamlessly integrate with key systems, and support diverse budgeting and forecasting approaches which are tailored to each area of the business.
