Description
As part of the contractual requirements of the Public Service Contract (PSC) with West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), Midland Metro Limited (MML) are required to undertake and complete a 5-yearly asset condition survey. MML, therefore requires an independent and expert assessment of the West Midlands Metro (WMM) network assets to provide an unbiased, high-level understanding of the overall condition, performance, and remaining lifecycle of infrastructure and rolling stock. The findings will serve as a key tool for planning strategic renewals, prioritising maintenance eƯorts, and engaging with Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) on renewal and investment decisions in the future. This specification and Annex's are intended to present evidence-based insights to align MML's asset management strategy and ensure sustainability and safety across the network.
