The service provides a short-term counselling service for registered GP patients of the following surgeries: • Ampleforth & Hovingham Surgery • Derwent Practice • Sherburn & Rillington Practice • West Ayton and Snainton Surgery The service is for individuals who need support for presenting issues such as (not an exhaustive list) anger, anxiety/panic attacks, bereavement/loss, depression, disability/ill-health, domestic, interpersonal/relationship issues, self-esteem, significant life changes, stress, trauma and work-related issues.
