Description

Worcestershire County Council (“the Council”) has appointed a lead supplier to manage Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) out of county cases. The Council anticipates that approximately 150 out of county DoLS cases from across England and Wales would have to be completed and submitted to the DoLS team per annum. The Council will send the cases to the Supplier as the referrals are received. It would be expected that the completed cases would be sent back to the Council as soon as they are completed. These should take approximately 1 week (7 days) to be returned to the Council and should not take more than 4 weeks (28 days) to be returned.
