Description

Durham County Council (DCC) wishes to commission an experienced evaluation consultant to assist with the monitoring and appraisal of Durham Heritage Coast's Species Survival Fund (SSF) project's output and impacts. The CGR will focus on habitat creation and restoration, contributing to species abundance. The Project will engage with local communities to build a sense of ownership and pride in the transformation that the area continues to undergo since the large-scale environmental improvements to clear the coal mining waste at the turn of the millennium.
