Description

The incumbent, Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (BHNFT) smoking in pregnancy service is available to support pregnant women and their families who wish to stop smoking. They offer advice and information on a wider range of issues, some of which are complex, to enable pregnant women to be ready to consider stopping smoking and setting a quit date. The procurement falls outside the scope of application of the regulations. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice therefore no threshold is applicable. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023-Direct Award Process A. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.
