Description
The provision of equine dentistry services to users, for up to 400 MWHs, in close collaboration with the Veterinary Departments to: (a) Examine MWHs' oral cavities, dentition, and associated structures on an annual basis, or more frequently according to each patient's individual needs. (b) Balance dental arcades and reduce sharp points on an annual basis, or more frequently according to each patient's individual needs. (c) Identify, investigate and treat any abnormalities, including but not limited to fractures, diastemata, and cavities. This procurement is being tendered with Defence being applied as the special regime. This contract qualifies as a Defence contract in agreement with section 7 (g) of the Procurement Act 23. Funding has been approved for the first 3 years (150k ex VAT) with the option years subject to approval.
