Description
Workload Modelling System is a GIS-based (Geographic Information System) software solution used by Kent Fire & Rescue Service to analyse and optimise resource allocation based on historical and predicted demand. The contract is for Annual Subscription renewal for the provision of required maintenance and support for the product we currently use, ensuring that KFRS continue to benefit from ongoing improvements and secure the specialised support necessary for our operations. Period covered 2025-2027.
