Description
This project aims to implement a digital model of UKAEA estate records and facilities to enhance visualisation, collaboration, and overall management efficiency. The focus will be on creating an accurate and up-to-date baseline model of the site for immediate visualisation, planning, and presentation use-cases, and subsequently integrating or interfacing with real-time data, predictive analytics, and advanced visualisation tools. Adopting a digital model and fostering collaboration can transform how UKAEA manage and maintain our estate. It leads to better visualisation, planning, predictive maintenance, efficient space utilisation, energy management, lifecycle management, and enhanced stakeholder collaboration. These improvements not only drive operational efficiency and cost savings but also support sustainability and improved occupant experiences. This is an award notice only not a call to competition for the above.
