Description

Captioning on Modern Foreign Language videos needs to be in both English and the language being taught. Value: £79,711.22 with a potential additional >£20k HappyScribe was previously contracted by Oak under PCR15 compliant procedures to provide dual-language captioning services. Their technology is now embedded within Oak's MFL video production process through Human API integration. Their established capability, proven quality assurance, and familiarity with Oak's lesson formatting and accessibility requirements make them uniquely placed to deliver without operational disruption. Moreover, the requirement for Human API integration and seamless caption delivery in multiple formats introduces interoperability limitations that make onboarding a new supplier inefficient and high-risk.
