Description

This procurement was awarded for a strategic delivery partner for the GM Good Lives Programme. The Strategic Partner will focus on equipping GM leaders, front-line professionals, and community groups with the ability to work together in new ways to achieve the GM Live Well ambition. At its core this will act as a key enabler in the drive towards a culture of prevention across the workforce and growing confidence and capacity in leadership that has a system shifting capability. This will include the partner co-designing capabilities with key leaders passionate about transformational change, removing siloed working, grounding solutions in reality, and sharing evidence-based learning on what works for further improvement. Pre market engagement was not undertaken however the GMCA held a market engagement session to support the market through the tender process. The Awarded contract was £420,000 for year one with options to extend for 2x 12 month periods at an annual cost of 500K per extension. Extensions will only be approved on successful completion of contract deliverables and GMCA funding approvals
