Description

VIVID would like to appoint a new contractor(s) to deliver its 2025-30 retrofit programme. We are using our own budgets and Warm Homes: Social Housing Funding (if bid is successful). Our programme is not entirely dependent on securing grant funding. Our programme is informed by our Net Zero Investment Plan which identifies the measures and investment required to get all of our 36,000 homes to EPC C by 2030 and our net zero heat demand targets by 2050. The 2025-30 programme will achieve EPC C for all 3500 VIVID homes that currently don't meet the target. This will be achieved using a fabric first approach.
