Description
Remediation works to address Chancery Lane and St Pauls' Water-Ingress. The scope is currently envisaged to be the following: • Installation of new water management systems including drip trays, forced ventilation and dehumidifers at both stations. • Repair and refurbishment of corroded steel works and assets. • Construction of a new electrical switch room within St Paul's station. • Installation of new electrical equipment within the new switch room and decommissioning of redundant electrical equipment. • Refurbishment of staff welfare areas within Chancery Lane station. • Repair and refurbishment of areas damaged by water ingress within the escalator barrel and platforms at both stations. • Temporary works to enable the completion of the above within public facing areas during engineering hours • Associated enabling works to enable the above works (relocation of assets, installation of CMS etc.)
