Provision of Trust Careers Guidance

2.1. As a multi-academy trust we currently have two companies providing impartial, one-to-one careers guidance to our students (in line with the stipulation of Gatsby Benchmark 8). These companies also support our whole school CEIAG provision within our secondary schools. We are looking to streamline provision further by acquiring one Trust provider. 2.2. We are looking to continue to support in the delivery of impartial careers guidance to all students within KS3-5 enabling students to make appropriate and informed decisions about their futures. To provide operational and strategic support for the delivery of the careers. 2.3. We are looking for a programme within schools for Career Leads to assist in the acquisition of the Quality in Careers Standard for all secondary schools. The successful bidder would have to have scope to demonstrate their ability to meet the geographical spread of all NELT schools.
