Description

This is an amendment to the previous UK6 notice (Notice identifier: 2025/S 000-053853) This procurement will identify a Bidder who will provide a digitalised All Age Continuing Care (AACC) end-to-end digital system, where information seamlessly flows between processes by connecting the entire lifecycle into one platform. The system needs to facilitate the services to deliver enhanced transformation across all spectrums of the service. There is also the potential for NHS Berkshire, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire ICB to join the contract during its term, further supporting alignment and collaboration across neighbouring systems.
