Description

The Intensive Outreach Service provides support for care leavers aged 18-25 who require intensive 1-1 support in order to improve their housing situation and avoid rough sleeping. It aims to help care leavers who are at risk of losing their accommodation or are currently homeless and have very complex housing needs and require intensive support to engage with services effectively. The workers are able to provide intensive, focused support over a period of 6 months to build relationships of trust. The service provides solution focused support in areas such as general tenancy sustainment, independent living skills, budgeting, education and training, and debt advice.
