Description

To procure and implement a modern, scalable, cloud-based Asset Investment Planning and Management (AIPM) system delivered as a SaaS solution. The system must enable optimised, risk-informed investment decisions across the asset base and support long-term planning (up to 50 years), cost-benefit optimisation, emergent risk management, cost capture and modelling, and cost estimation. It should integrate seamlessly with existing digital architecture, improve transparency, regulatory compliance, and deliver whole-life value from asset investments while remaining adaptable to emerging risks and business priorities. The anticipated contract term is 10 years from implementation, with an estimated value of £8,000,000.
