Description

Housing First - Supporting up to 20 clients who have previously experienced rough sleeping and experience complex lives, to maintain their tenancies in Exeter City Council tenancies. Working in trauma informed practice the service will work with clients with a history of addiction, homelessness and criminality to support them to successfully engage with services, sustain tenancies and live fulfilling lives. Homelessness Prevention - Working alongside the Council's Housing Caseworkers, the Homelessness Prevention worker will work with clients at risk of homelessness to prevent them, wherever possible, to maintain their tenancies and prevent the homelessness from occurring. Referrals will be taken directly from Housing Caseworkers or via the A2A forum.
