Description
The City of London Corporation, acting as trustee for Bridge House Estates (operating as City Bridge Foundation), is seeking early market engagement for two consultancy contracts supporting the management of five iconic Thames bridges and associated structures. The opportunity is split into two Lots: Lot 1: Bridge Inspection Services – covering biennial inspections across 16 varied structures using BridgeStation, delivered by experienced bridge inspectors. We estimate the total value of this contract to be: £250,000 Lot 2: Engineering Consultancy Services – providing asset management, programme implementation, and project support services. We estimate the total value of this contract to be: £900,000 Each Lot will be awarded separately, with contracts commencing 1 April 2026 for a duration of six years to align with the Foundation’s rolling inspection cycle.
