Description
Oxford City Council is putting forward one of three alternative devolution proposals with Greater Oxford as a new, expanded Unitary Authority. Volterra will assist with drawing out the socio-economic benefits of this Greater Oxford option. Ahead of the November deadline for government submissions, Oxford City Council now requires additional economic analysis to strengthen the argument for the 3UA model, specifically demonstrating how a Greater Oxford supports socio-economic benefits and aligns with natural economic geographies compared to alternative proposals.
