Description
The University of Essex requires a solution to automate a number of stages of the application funnel after an international student receives an offer up until the point they register. The key benefit is that it automates the Confirmation of acceptance for Studies (CAS) process, helping the university gather all the information we need to issue a student their CAS and then monitoring that student's progress through the visa application process until a visa is granted. Additionally we also require the ability to conduct credibility interviews, document checking etc. Implementing this will help the university to be compliant with new metrics and mitigate any non-compliance concerns. Staff and students should also benefit by offering an arrivals platform, where students can self serve and agents have full visibility of an applicant's progress to securing a visa and preparing to register.
