Description
The service required is for a community based, adult hearing assessment service, including hearing aid fitting (where required), follow-up and aftercare services for adults aged 18 or over with suspected or diagnosed age related hearing loss for the registered population of the Commissioning Organisation ensuring delivery of provision in a variety of hard to reach and rural areas as specified by the commissioner. This contract has been awarded under PSR Direct Award Process C The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £322,869.87. It is a 24-month contract, with the service scheduled to commence on 1st October 2024 and conclude on 30th September 2026
