Description

The Crown Estate is procuring a main contractor for the refurbishment of 1-12 Magdalen Street, Oxford via a two-stage Design and Build process. Shortlisted bidders were invited to submit technical and commercial proposals at stage one, with the successful contractor appointed under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to support design development, cost planning, and programme delivery. Subject to successful completion of the pre-construction phase, the contractor will enter into a JCT Design and Build contract to deliver the main works.
