Choice Housing seeks to appoint Developer(s) to provide Competitive Land, Design and Build works opportunities in the Ballymoney area to deliver social housing projects as part of the Social Housing Development Programme (SHDP). The competition will seek developments of up to 40 no. units from each potential supplier with the ability to award contracts to multiple Developers.
