PAN3421 - Supply of Pre-Owned Vehicles and Disposal of Ex-Works

Description

Leicester City Council has an obligation to appoint suppliers to undertake the Supply of Pre-owned Vehicles via Auction and Disposal of Ex-works. The requirement is for the provision of a compliant and value for money service for the supply of quality assured pre-owned vehicles via auction and the disposal of ex-works/end-of-life fleet assets. The contract will include vehicle sourcing, inspection, documentation, transfer, and delivery, alongside collection, valuation, resale or environmentally compliant disposal of redundant vehicles. Suppliers must demonstrate robust asset management processes, transparent pricing, legal compliance, and the ability to support efficient fleet replacement programmes while maximising residual value from disposed assets. The vehicles that will predominantly figure in this process are: • 3.5t panel vans (medium & long wheelbase). • 3.5t Double cab tippers (Flatbed and Cage). • 3.5t Flatbed tipper. • Medium size van (manual & automatic). • Large car 7-seat (manual & automatic). • Minibus
