Procurement of a Principal Contractor for the construction of an extension to the Language and Communication Centre at Hampton Dene Primary School. The objective of the contract is to create a new learning space to accommodate an additional 16 pupils. Process was undertaken in the form of a mini competition utilising Procure Partnerships Framework, West Midlands, £1-5m Construction Partners Lot and is tendered in line with the terms and conditions of the framework.
