Alcohol Intervention Service

Description

Supply of a digital alcohol brief and extended intervention to Rotherham residents. The service will provide: a) Alcohol screening via AUDIT, educational information and resources around alcohol consumption and the associated physical, mental and social impacts, and harm reduction interventions to reduce risk. b) An online 1-1 video session offer with an alcohol worker for any individual wishing to speak to a professional about their AUDIT results and drinking behaviour. c) Signposting to and promotion of the local commissioned substance misuse treatment service to Rotherham residents- via information on the website/app and via the online alcohol workers. d) A strong promotional offer which may include (although not an exhaustive list) social media advertising, in person promotion at local events and physical merchandise.
