Description
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) – Procurement Services, on behalf of NWSSP - Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport (Velindre NHS Trust), are seeking a supplier for the lease, hire and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to support operations at the four regional Supply Chain Warehouses in Denbigh, Bridgend, Picketston and Newport (NDC). The contract will operate on an initial three (3) year term with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions. This model provides commercial flexibility while supporting long-term operational continuity and equipment lifecycle management. The scope includes the provision and servicing of MHE such as forklifts, pallet trucks, lift tables and related equipment. The contract will be awarded to a single supplier, ensuring consistency of service, standardisation across the regional network and robust business continuity for NWSSP.
