Description
Dacorum Borough Council is inviting tenders for the appointment of a Partnering Advisor to support the mobilisation and ongoing management of its new integrated Repairs, Maintenance, and Capital Delivery Contract. This contract, commencing on 1st July 2026 for an initial five-year term (with the option to extend for a further five years), will cover approximately 10,000 housing assets and 2,500 leasehold properties. The Partnering Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful contract mobilisation, fostering collaborative relationships across contractors, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The Council seeks a proactive partner to work closely with its Contract Managers and stakeholders, supporting performance oversight, compliance, and the achievement of efficiency savings for both the Council and its contractors.
