The London Borough of Barnet (the “Council”) invites tenderers to tender for the establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement to deliver home and community support services in Barnet. The Council is seeking providers who can deliver high-quality, outcomes-focused, strength-based, person-centred support to help people achieve maximum independence and wellbeing at home and in their communities. The services delivered under the framework will be divided into three lots: Lot 1. Adult Home and Community Support (Standard), Lot 2. Live‐in Care, and Lot 3. Support to Children.
