Description
Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) is a legal framework under which the local authority (Blackpool Council) acts as a supervisory body, in order to authorise deprivations of service user's liberty which are the responsibility of the state. As such Blackpool Council wishes invite suitable providers to submit a bid for the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Best Interest Assessor Framework.
